Please review the Layton Aquarium & Wildlife Encounters refund, cancellation, exchange, and rescheduling policies below before making a purchase or reservation.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Layton Aquarium & Wildlife Encounters does not generally provide refunds for purchased tickets, experiences, memberships, events, or other products.

Non-refundable purchases include, but are not limited to:

• Gift Cards
• Animal Interactions
• Single-Day Admission Tickets
• Annual Passports and Memberships
• Birthday Party Packages
• Field Trips
• Wristbands

Admission Tickets

General admission tickets do not expire and may be used on a future visit unless the ticket was purchased through a promotion or offer that includes a specific expiration date or other restrictions.

Because standard admission tickets can be used on a future date, refunds are not provided for unused admission tickets.

Exchanges, Store Credit & Rescheduling

In certain circumstances, Layton Aquarium & Wildlife Encounters may allow a purchase to be exchanged, converted to store credit, or rescheduled for a future date.

Eligibility for an exchange, store credit, or rescheduling is determined by Layton Aquarium & Wildlife Encounters and may depend on the type of purchase, availability, timing, and other circumstances.

Approval of an exchange, credit, or rescheduling request is not guaranteed.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Memberships are paid in full at the time of purchase.

If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the membership period, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the membership.

Birthday Party Cancellations & Changes

Birthday party purchases are non-refundable.

Birthday parties may be eligible to be rescheduled when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Promotional Tickets & Special Offers

Tickets, memberships, experiences, or packages purchased through a special promotion may have additional restrictions, expiration dates, or conditions.

Any terms provided with the specific promotion or offer will apply to that purchase.
